Colleagues are good natured. Flexible work hours. Option to work part time.

Cons

Lack of training and mentorship. Gender pay gap. Advancement limited for those who prefer work/life balance. Filled with work horse type managers, however, there are a few who will stick up for the project team. Team leads are put under immense pressure from project managers who will commit to unreasonable client demands. Perks cut dramatically since starting.
