      Only good for People talking Big. Technical People have to suffer.

      Pros

      Saturday Sunday Off. Flexible Timing.

      Cons

      No proper planning of Work. Projects are also very small at times. No promotions. No Salary Hike. Senior Management is not rewarding the technical people as the are busy handling the near and dear ones. No project then employees have to take force leaves.
