      Flexibility to cross and up skill in job function Great team environment Enjoyed a solid run of 5 years before things went south.

      Cons

      Silo'd management from middle to exec levels all with hidden agendas. Back scratching mentality where they look after their own Excessive management and supervisor structure

      - The people I personally worked with were great and I had excellent mentor-ship. - Large company with many expertise

      Cons

      - The large amount of overhead expenses caused them to be noncompetitive during tough economic times - Management was very poor and inefficient

      Generally good people at the Discipline level. Most work well cross functionally and are aware of how they impact others.

      Cons

      Too many VPs. Senior Management promotes a specific project only focus without much consideration for the long term development or career of individuals. Words are all there but actions in this area are seldom in support of the words.
