      Decent Salary Good Benefits Overall people are great to work with

      Hard to get raises so make sure you go in with what you are most happy with for a salary that you can live with for 5 or so years Not all projects are good projects Can be a lot of work

      Cons

      The company will do everything in its power to not pay you decently and are then surprised when people decide to leave. Its a bit of a shame, Worley is a good company.

      They're outsourcing vital roles, leaving the people working on projects high and dry Constant (and I mean CONSTANT) re-organization, makes progress near impossible Decisions are made at a glacial pace (due to constant re-organization) Employees are grossly undervalued/underpaid
