      After taking over ECR from Jacobs not people friendly. There is lot of favoritism. Some of Project managers are bull headed and no idea how project should work and say yes to everything client demands.

      Sometimes if you're lucky, you'll get an awesome boss. I had two.

      Cons

      - Will cut salary when the going gets tough, but will act coy when asked to reinstate original salary - QR90 (USD20+) monthly pay increments when the market recovered - it's a slap on the face and it's true - Will not recognize hardwork and talent - everybody gets a "meet expectation" rating on the yearly appraisal although employees spend extra effort to ensure quality work is done on time - Expects people to work 14-hour days and on weekends without compensation - Will start letting people go at the slightest whiff of trouble - Retains the worst employees because they "know someone in management" - Bends over backwards to please clients, agreeing to ridiculous schedules and costs (and passes them down to employees resulting in no-pay OT and weekends), despite protests from employees - If they can save a single cent by cutting benefits to the bare legal minimum, they will
