      Pros

      Flexible work hours and allow late arrival and early departure and working from home depending on your manager and situation. Provides training for employees. Easy annual vacation approval. Provide IT resources and support easily. There is cafeteria in the building ground floor so you don’t have to go out for breakfast or lunch or coffee. Provide medical insurance. Have events and celebrations from time to time.

      Cons

      Too much work and too many deadlines depending on the project you are working on. They don’t count previous experience if not related to your work. Starting salaries are good but less than other companies.

      You can experience a number of differnt projects in your position and very flexible working environment. Good chance to grow yourself during working at the company

      Cons

      You may feel lonely in the project, you should look after yourself, don't expect somebody will help you to go forward. Self-management is essential.

      Some good people on projects. Good opportunities.

      Cons

      Head office out of touch, create extra work and have no idea. Used to be good but going downhill under current management. Feels like there is gender bias when allocating opportunities in my area. Women stay in cost admin roles and men get promoted to leads.
