Work flexibility is provided, fairly nice culture.

Cons

Very less development, lack of training. Top heavy, too much overhead, for every dollar the company sell you, you get less than 19 cents.

Not sure regarding pros, the HR person certainly talks the talk.

Cons

Candidates not treated equally, all given different information and not everyone requested to share the same information regarding experience. No idea what criteria candidates filtered out on.

Pay is decent and people are great to work with. There is a lot of opportunity to learn and take on new projects.

Cons

Used to be a really great company to work for, but recent changes have depleted morale in the Houston offices and key talent across all business units has left to the competition.
