You can intimidate, threaten, curse, lie to your employees, lie to management about your employees, have 21 people resign and or quit in less than 2 years and just tell upper management you are upgrading your skillsets and still keep your job, Even after many employee severe complaints of treatment and several investigations by other HR managers.
Cons
Upper management continues to support a person with this behavior regardless of the cost to the companies employee turnover and replacement.
