Pros

Top management is very familiar with market place of printers and services. They are cognizant of the areas in which we will grow.

Cons

The company has a very positive environment toward women and advancing women in the company; it seems like men get neglected.

Pros

- Diverse population, and balance gender ratio - Flexible schedule - Good benefit package - Good salary and increases base on performance

Cons

- Every year there are big layoffs at the beginning of the year. Not only bad for the people that leave the company, but people left need to pickup additional work. - A lot of times it depends of who you know. Some managers are not that competent but are still around for that reason. - Work being outsource overseas and possibility of your job being deleted. - Hiring/salary increase freezes for 3 years in a row. - Slow to respond, not challenging at times.
