-Flexible in terms of work hours, locations -Not much responsibilities for new comers -Good people (but bad management) -Interesting work assignments

-Too much bureaucracy (At every step you face a brick wall) -Lowest salary in the east coast -Getting isolated in the rust belt (Western NY) might not be good for young people who have an eye on career growth -Very few avenues to grow your leadership skills -Too much focus on hiring and promoting women and African American candidates -Sudden shifts in direction and investment portfolio -Very few ideas and projects see the light of the day -Years and years of layoffs and salary stagnation has left the employees demotivated (Everyone wants to survive, not too many people want to grow) -No travel, customer engagement opportunities for researchers
