Pros

No pros that I can think of. Mostly it is not a people friendly place to work. Very little interaction among people.

Cons

Outsourcing - can't outsource everything - but they try Six Sigma/Black Belts - Xerox, like GE, uses the Sig Sigma program as a management trainee tool. Most of the Black Belts I have had the pleasure of meeting or working for are not good managers. This is a fallacy that Xerox lives under.

Pros

Good Benefits and pay. Most of the people are straight up good folks

Cons

The channel conflicts are everywhere. There are so many divisions of Xerox you run into other divisions on many deals. And guess what...they have better prices and products than you do. Xerox needs to fix their distribution model between direct, agents, resellers, Global Imaging, and anyone else who is selling. Besides that, Xerox is usually the most expensive solution on the market.
