Pros

The team I worked with was young and energetic- we had fun. Social events, outings.

Cons

Very low pay, bonuses were so minimal there was almost no point, super high ladder to climb to get to where you want to be, political games, they keep people on contract for a very long time (can be years) and then when the person threatens to quit, they give them full time. The company is dying, every year sales/revenues are down, they're always trying to figure out new ways of being innovative but other competitors have already done it, there are too many old people still working that should be retired- that are now allowing the new blood coming in to give their opinions of what the company actually needs to grow. High turnover because you have to do a minimum 2 years in a position even when there are job openings for other positions you are interested in, the company would rather give those roles to an outsider than promote internal job growth. When I worked at Xerox I was on a team of about 20 people. Two years later there are only 2 of them left working there. They are also constantly letting people go, blaming it on poor sales.

Pros

You can work for a company where the name is used as both a verb and a noun, which you can't say about a lot of places. (It's also very frowned upon in the branding guidelines, but such is language.)

Cons

Just announced the waste of six years of work by deciding to split the company into chunks, after spending a ton of time and money acquiring ACS and telling the world they were now a services company. This should surprise nobody, as they never felt like an integrated company. Workforce is not interested in new ideas, management doesn't care about quality, and employee morale is non-existent. Company is structured so that it is constantly competing with itself or its partners. Near-constant downsizing has left every employee overworked and underpaid, and you can set your watch by the restructuring charges / layoffs every year.
