Pros

Company Vehicle, Tools supplied, vision, dental, and medical(though the medical coverage is sub-par)

Cons

Horrible benefits overall, as far as whats covered. Pay is below average for the job role. Constantly putting more on your plate. Wont hire competent help, partially due to lower pay than the competition. Outdated or poorly integrated systems. The top is only concerned with satisfying shareholders and not field employees or customers. Techs are treated as expendable, and the ones that last are overworked and spread too thin. Management is almost never available when needed because they too are spread too thin or always in meetings. We only tend to hear from anyone above us when they want to tell everyone how bad they are doing. They dont do anything to improve moral. Vacation is all picked at the beginning of the year, and you only get 2 weeks to start until a 3rd at 5 years. If you opt to buy an extra week during open enrollment its never reflected properly in your PTO Balance. Holidays change every year, and if you also work on Lexmark, you only really have 2 Holidays per year.
