Horrible treatment by "floor supervisory agents" and service desk. Incredibly disorganized organization. Trainer didn't teach much. Training class cut short to get employees out on the phones sooner. Supervisors over scheduled people to the point that some employees didn't have seats or computers and were docked as being late because of it. Headsets didn't always work with phones. Systems went down often. Horrible horrible.

The Global Microsoft Competency Center (GMCC) in Cochin is working on a model, that makes resources work as much as unpaid overtime and that too almost round the year. The volume of work that will be assigned to you will make overnight stays become a routine here. Value and quality lacks because everything is rushed out the door and there are so much other works will be pulled to your bucket along with planned works . Saturdays and Sundays theoretically off but definitely you gona have a phone call or email and will ask you to login. Pay hike,  Its just a dream.
