Pros

There are not any pro's working for this company at this present time!

Cons

Xerox in Anderson, Indiana is of the most unethical, unprofessional, and unsanitary work environments. You are treated like you a prisoner! They make you work mandatory overtime and put you on ABC compensation pay which could range from $9.00 to $13.40 per hour. They paint this picture that as an agent you can easily earn the top amount. However, the reality is your pay is controlled by surveys, average handle time, and rep resolve. This may sound easy but it is not because if a customer fails you for reasons out of your control then you are penalized and knocked down to the lowest hourly pay!! The company doesn't loose money, the employee does! In addition, the training provided is so inadequate and does not prepare you to be a customer care agent to receive inbound calls! There are numerous issues a customer can call about that an agent is not prepared for. Therefore, it feels like the blind leading the blind which in my opinion sets the agent up for failure instead of success! This is one of the most unethical business practices of all!!! If you are considering employment with this company, do not accept! All this company is looking for is a body to fill a seat to take calls!!! The turnover rate is almost 100%!

Pros

Great work/life balance. Depending on manager it can be flexible (work from home, holiday purchase scheme etc) Some talented people who manage to escape and want to help you escape as well. Good name for the CV, but pretty much that is it

Cons

No development opportunities whatsoever! No career path at least in Dublin. Leadership is an unknown word! No pay reviews at all! No permanent contacts Management does not care if people leave. Obviously they don't even try to keep them.

Pros

A Xerox brand that was trusted. Skills, experience, and knowledge of most Xerox employees. Innovation centers in Webster, Grenoble, and PARC. Long history of providing top notch equipment and services to customers throughout the world. Employees that wanted to believe management was truthful and meant what they said in company emails.

Cons

The management team at Xerox Services is caustic and fostered a hostile work environment. No pay increases for over three years. Last year they didn’t pay any of the annual performance bonuses and didn’t pay sales commissions. Each year in 4th quarter we have RIF’s. This time we had RIF’s and mandatory furloughs in 4th quarter and again this March. And all so Xerox Services management could get their bonus.
