Pros

If you already have a book of local business from another company you can be good. Software commission is really good.

Cons

Benefits are not what they say. Company issued a stock buyback in the same year they cut their employees 401k. No incoming leads. Current customers are very unhappy. Whatever they promise during onboarding is not true. They are desperate to get people to join.

Pros

Good hard working people working in trenches

Cons

No regard for employee well being (lots of lay-off’s , no 401k match, very expensive health insurance and almost no training budget). There is absolutely no job security at Xerox!
