They are very good in the diversity and somewhat good in ethics but there seems to have been some slippage over the years.

Cons

With the constant cutbacks and lack of local sales reps in a major metropolitan area has lead to what seems to be a continual downward spiral.

Excellent Place to work. Management is willing to listen to the voice of the customer and employee. Managers are leaders and not bosses.

Pros

Immediate co-workers were great to work with. Paychecks always arrived time. The company stressed the importance of business ethics when dealing with customers.

Cons

No raises whatsoever in over 4 years despite receiving great performance reviews each year. No work-life balance. Less time off provided than most other IT companies. No reward given for hard work. The CEO and upper management were not empathetic to the rank and file employees. Very high turnover rate, as good workers frequently left the company. While Xerox has cutting edge technology, their treatment of the employees is still in the dark ages. Xerox Services could be a poster child for everything that is wrong with corporate America today.
