The residents are fun to learn from.

Cons

Pay is always a fight. You will not receive market value raises, fair shift differential or yearly raises. Management is all about their bonuses. CEO is an airheaded, unapproachable showboat. HR is corrupt and untrustworthy. Current DON is a liar, hires restricted nurses and puts them in powerful positions over seasoned nurses, also covers for them when they handle narcotics. I would stay far, far away from this place if you value your license and safety.
