Pros

Great people to work with, innovative mentality and always thinking big, strong benefit package and work life balance

Cons

Perks and culture have been on the decline in recent years since former CEO Spencer Rascoff left the company. Originally had great start up culture, and has switched to more corporate structure, leading to less pay for sales people, and fewer fun benefits and outings.

Pros

Plenty of Leads (98% dreamers), Good Benefits

Cons

They're firing salespeople just before holidays with no severance or sick pay because they miss talk time, lead to fund, or whatever other matrix by even a fraction. As market declines their quotas keep increasing. They laid off 300 processors and underwriters recently as well but paid them until after holidays, with insurance benefits, accelerated RSU & severance. Sales doesn't even get paid for the recent loans they did prior to termination. They give those to other LOs to reward and make them look better.
