      Good commissions tiers and able to work from home

      Cons

      Worked two years, under three managers. Macro, to middle, than to micro. By the end, you could tell they were wanting people to come into the office and eliminate the remote sector. Since I was hired remote, with no office in my city, and the nearest one being over 1,000 miles away, there was no chance of that happening. Micro manger started being insane with numbers and it just wasn't worth the headache.

      Cons

      Critiqued on dials rather than sales. Reps have missed their numbers every month over the last year and there is no care. Only for reps who don't dial enough, even if they are hitting their numbers
