Pros

I love working at Zillow! The pros: - Remote first, but there are plenty of retreats scheduled to bring people together in person. - Large, innovative, creative, and supportive design organization. - Phenomenal, kind, and hardworking co-workers. - Good overall work/life balance. - Great compensation and benefits. This is one of the best companies I've ever worked for and the only place I've wanted to stay and grow for many years.

Cons

Just like an large company there are a tons of meetings and many layers of managers to run decisions past. But this is more a reality of big/medium tech than a true con.
