Culture has been influenced by AWS hires. Very political and back stabbing. Many people are secretly unhappy and want out.

Overall love the company. The values. And usually the benefits.

Cons

My team is a stale piece of toast and management is poor. I see other teams having a great time and working together. Our team feels bottom of the barrel and we dont have an appropriate advocate. Movement in the company is SO hard if youre not an engineer or analytics, sales or an UW.
