Incredible benefits People oriented organization You’ll work hard, but will truly have flexibility and work/life balance Work/live where you want. No commute, so much time and money saved! Leadership doesn’t avoid the hard questions

Cons

There’s always work to be done. While time away to recharge is encouraged, and people legitimately take time off, workaholics can get caught up if they’re not intentional. Fast-paced environment, which many love but isn’t for everyone. Lots of opportunities but you’ll need to own a lot of your own development. May be challenging for someone who’s less comfortable advocating for themselves.
