Pros

Excellent culture. Competitive pay and benefits. A great product. Probably my favorite company I’ve ever worked for.

Cons

Sadly I was impacted by a RIF where almost 200 if not more were laid off. I just happened to be a few months in when they decided to restructure. I’ve been fighting hard to get back into the company. Applying for every role that makes sense. Not a huge con but I do wish a high performer like myself can have a second chance.

It’s very unorganized and they lay off a lot and restructure a lot. A lot of pressure and they are ripping off agents
