Some very smart people and some truly interesting data. Lots of opportunities to do some interesting work.

Cons

Zillow grew fast (especially after acquiring Trulia). The culture is adjusting to the growth.

This company is amazing. I feel so blessed to work here. From the benefits, to the salary, to the people, I know management does care about every employee. This is the best job I've ever had.

Cons

I want there to be more opportunities for growth and advancement. Some new departments like mine, don't have a clear path for its employees.
