Pros

Inspiring leadership. Amazing colleagues. All kinds of opportunities. Great benefits, from pay and insurance to free soda, meals, and more. You will feel valued.

Cons

Startup ways of getting things done don't always scale. Opportunity now is to build process without becoming a prisoner to it.

We appreciate your feedback and can assure you that we will continue to evaluate our benefit offerings - including our 401(k) match and family benefits - based on annual input from our employees. Our family/maternity benefits include 12 weeks fully paid maternity leave for birth mothers; 4 weeks fully paid paternity leave; $5,000 adoption fee assistance; fully-equipped nursing mom rooms with hospital grade pumps & fridges; and backup childcare benefits; Zillow pays to ship nursing mom's breast milk back home overnight when traveling on business.
