Offer career and development programs Great benefits (medical, vision, dental, 401k, shares, tuition reimbursements) I like the company’s value. And I had a great support system with management.

Cons

Unfortunately the work load does become a lot, but if you enjoy real estate and talking to people, this is a great job position for you.
