      Pros

      It's an open and transparent company, I feel like everyone here wants to make you grow and achieve your work and personal goals. The balance between work and personal life is at its finest 100% remote work!! (I love this because I'm not a fan of big cities but this is an opportunity that you would normally find only in a big city).

      Cons

      If you don't like working remotely this may be a disadvantage.

      Great HR department, always available and responsible with the team.

      Since they don't have a CTO they rely fully on the feedback from clients, even in cases where clients are not willing to apply good practices.
