      Pros

      I was employed out of Poland with an international role. The local office is made up of a great team of people (400) who support the group globally, with opportunities to develop internationally.

      Cons

      Working remotely, I had limited chances to interact with the local team but that was part of my own contract set up and down to the flexibility I was afforded.

      - We had really cool offices and hybrid work - The team was really friendly with people from abroad

      Cons

      - There is a certain roof that you get super fast, once you are there is hard to surpass it as there is not much opportunities to grow - The salary could be better
