Availability of 5 weeks of annual leave offered, although with conditions.

Cons

The workplace is toxic, characterized by dysfunctional management practices. New employees face a sink-or-swim attitude, lacking the support they need to thrive. Existing staff remain silent and keep their heads down due to fear of retribution. Middle management struggles to engage in difficult conversations, further perpetuating the unhealthy environment. Given the way they treat their employees, I would never purchase insurance with them.
