      Management sucks and will spit you out as soon as you make one mistake. Chief officers know nothing, not trained. Changes for sake of changes. Too political and looking after themselves rather then the staff and clients

      great company to work for, excellent atmosphere and working environment, very flexible and people-oriented, awesome family support, and strong growth/change opportunities all over

      Cons

      Nothing really. The mandatory pension which you can't cancel or change - a little annoying but I can't call it an issue really. Workwise is politically overcomplicated, not great but nothing too serious can be much worst.
