      Some intelligent people, company try to start fixing things from many past failed projects, systems, etc. started feedback reviews of managers by staff

      Cons

      Void of company culture; when I start I was told to be careful not to ‘lose my soul’ at company; every person for themself here and systems are a mess

      The company had/has a fantastic global franchise for large corporations as well as great people with a global mindset

      Cons

      Trust in senior management is diminishing after so many redundancy rounds. Ensure you are part of a country organization and not part of HQ.

      If you are a good corporate citizen then you can go far

      Cons

      If you don't follow the leader you will quickly be moved on, usually in one of the yearly job cut rounds Transformation program seems to go on forever, more of a slow burn program with the burn meaning job cuts
