Pros
- The people you work with and work for are generally great. - Reasonably good work life balance. - Great opportunities to learn about cutting edge technologies within Architecture & Service Design.
Cons
- It is challenging to get anything done or change the company for the better. - There is a clear gap between Architecture and Engineering and it can often feel like you're throwing work over the fence. Lack of investment in in house Engineering contributes to this. - Those great people you work with will eventually be made redundant due to heavy outsourcing. - All that matters to Mario is saving money. - Working for the Group seems pointless with business units being completely empowered.
