Pros

Good people, who all try to make the most of a difficult situation.

Cons

Zurich used to be a good company to work for. However, their claims teams are now in partnership with another company (WNS). They have changed everything, and morale has dropped so much. They focus on figures rather than people and have changed Zurich processes to a statistics focused, call centre environment. It is like working for another company now. Staff who previously felt valued and empowered are now just a number. So disappointing that Zurich have done this.

Pros

Has a very strong fundamental proposition beyond simply being a capacity provider. Provides opportunity to move around the business and develop wider skills. Does not demand extremely long hours

Cons

Historically has relied on key individuals who have been leaving in large numbers. Is solely focused on cost cutting now which means reduced headcount and lower pay levels.
