Pros

I've worked here for a year and in that time have seen Senior Management and the Execs really engage and focus on it's people, both from a customer focus and it's staff. I love the honesty here in that there are still improvements to be made but it's being embraced and viewed as a chance to really make things better. You can be as progressive in your career as you want; we're encouraged to actively take responsibility for our own development and there are loads of really great courses available on our Learning Hub. These are a mixture of external and internal courses from Management courses to becoming an Excel wizard! If you are proactive, it's a great place to be, if you aren't, it's not going to drop in your lap! I'm actively encouraged to look across the business to see where I can become involved in other projects and broaden my horizons and also work from home twice a week. The flexibility is really great. Our benefits package has just been revamped and has some great new offerings that are really competitive -combined with a 12% pension and health care, pretty good overall.

Cons

The legacy of several mergers and some pockets of historical challenge remain but they are being challenged and worked on -Rome wasn't built in a day!
