      Good salary . Good benefit in term of car park elaun for senior management, work from home, lot of holiday, 3 month maternity leave etc.

      A lot of red tape to get a decision getting approved.

      personal development high on the agenda forward thinking company in terms of employees

      Cons

      employee footprint will drastically reduce in the next 5 years focus is on innovation with cost cutting - people - at the centre business has changed in the last few years and now feels less like a 'good place to work'

      Too many to list... Very negative environment hostile management continual redundancy cycles, even though each is meant to be the last lack of trust
