      company paid trips to attend internal training, a lot of opportunities to learn from subject matter experts either based in regional office or even head office in Zurich

      Cons

      the company needs someone who is committed and able to execute strategy and not someone who just come up with a nice strategy paper

      Great colleagues. Lots of discretion to manage your files. Management trusts its employees; limited red tape if you're good at what you do.

      Cons

      Backwards operations and filing system. Limited ways to move up if management not retiring. Some deadweight. Need a younger and more vibrant team.

      Financially strong company, good salary and benefits. Worldwide organisation with diverse product offerings

      Cons

      Change after change after change....mostly chaotic, contradictory and poorly communicated to employees. Complete tokenism towards staff engagement. Many different and conflicting cultures between group, segments and countries.
