      Good benefits, medical, vision, dental and 401k plan

      Cons

      Culture is setup to be very competitive, and employees don't necessarily get along due to the structure of the annual reviews and bonuses.

      Pros

      The pension is great - 12% flat without any contribution 3 volunteering days per year People are nice Some exceptionally great people to work with

      Cons

      Salary is miserable Career progression is very slow Top talent leaving in droves No standard management practice - most managers don't care about career development and there is some shocking management practice Well-being of employees not a priority Hours are extremely long and no one ever mentions overtime or other things Middle management doesn't know where they are going and what they are doing UK CEO looks nice but clearly doesn't know what is happening in the company Secretive when it comes to filling vacancies and promotions
