      Crippled by antiquated IT platforms Over focus on metrics and reporting. Not enough on good customer outcomes Too few staff, and more cuts to come, for the amount of work Poor work-life balance. Relies on the goodwill and commitment of employees Key roles made redundant without identifying new responsibilities and accountabilities Top -down imposition of new processes without consultation with "front end" staff. Introducing new time consuming processes without additional resource Very much a "if your face fits" organisation
