      Good salaries in some areas. Free parking at some locations.

      Cons

      Terrible at planning for the future. Constantly restructuring in essentially cyclical ways. Too focused on cost saving at the lower levels and endless rounds of redundancies, it creates a very negative, frustrated atmosphere.
