Reputable brand, good benefits, very international and well qualified staff

Cons

Extreme focus on short-term numbers. Lots of international leaders who are there primarily for the money. Inconsistent strategic priorities and unsuccessful track record to implement key innovations that would secure the future of the business. High management turnover with lots of knowledge lost, low staff morale from never ending rounds of layoffs to implement cost cutting, low quality of offices

Felixing working hours offered. People in the office are nice to work with a relaxed working environment. Team and offices management generally care about their staff. The work is interesting and different every day

Cons

Wages are low although there has been some improvement Some of the benefits offered are irrelevant to most of the workers and mostly work out more expensive than just going directly to the company.
