      Pros

      Zurich is a huge global organization that constantly updates to changing conditions in the marketplace. Those passionate about insurance will have no trouble enjoying a long tenure there.

      Cons

      Canadian employees will find it challenging to identify a clear career progression that doesn't entail an international relocation. In an effort to course-correct, there are frequent leadership changes. This often means the "old" strategy is barely implemented before the "new" one is expected to take its place.

      Good company for train your professional career!

      Pros

      Great Company for first steps in your professional career, not only as an employee but also as a Manager. In general, has good practices in the market and good business knowledge of their people.

      Cons

      Always working under pressure and people is not a priority. Too much focus on processes make a lot of bureaucracy on the decision making process.

      Lots of Changes - Not Always the Right Ones

      - The people - The development opportunities - Initial location was good for me - Majority of work was interesting - Offered flexi if over 26 weeks employed

      Cons

      - Poor senior management led to confusion, miss-communication and ultimately redundancies further down the hierarchy levels - Internal politics - Process driven (and you got in trouble if you went off process) - Said customer was put first - not always the case (results/money driven)
