Pros
The people who work there are generally good people. Grading system shows a clear path to career progression. London and Farnborough offices are of a good standard.
Cons
Too much office politics. Opportunities are often given to the wrong people. Understaffed and underpaid compared to competitors, often meaning you're supporting multiple roles at once for less money. Zurich Group are constantly cutting costs and are stingy with bonuses, despite reporting billions in profit each year. Cutting costs includes staff, despite a shortage of staff in the first place. If you work at Zurich, prepare to be put at risk at some point down the road. Zurich is jam-packed with incompetent managers. As said by others here, if your face doesn't fit, don't expect to flourish at Zurich.
