      Pros

      Good work life balance. Flexible hours. Work from home if you want. Learning programs and chances to add experienced in other parts of the company. Very international.

      Cons

      Strategy wasn't altogether clear but getting better. Too bureaucratic and too many people on the same thing. Lack of appointing one person responsible for one specific product/project. Too many chefs in the kitchen at times.

      Based on good performance you would get lots of opportunities to move forward and growth not only locally but also globally.

      Is somehow burocracy and tend to change structures every year.

      some good people, lots of experience in the workforce, lots of variety

      Cons

      Too much change, grown too quickly with nothing in place to support it. Poor senior management who will not manage staff effectively. 'back biting' atmosphere and you will only progress if your face fits and you agree with everything.
