      Pros

      Study support is excellent. Flexible working arrangements. Good people to work with. Job progression has been good for the years I've been employed.

      Cons

      The recent cost cutting and restructures have been endless, so job security is at an all time low. Typical corporate company where there are too many layers for decisions to be made.

      Pros

      Staff gets a lot of trust, responsibility and competencies. Excellent staff development.

      Cons

      A lot of focus on cost recuction and improving processes and IT (which is absolutely required) but, in my opinion not enough investment into business model and product innovation. Strategy in some regions not clear to employees.
