Pros
Great company, good to work for and strategically very clever at a macro level. Historically, really strong leadership.
Cons
Work life balance can be difficult to maintain. There is a lot of internal noise and complex internal structures given it is a large global company with different business units. But when you cut through that there are still very strong values in play which are generally very client centric.
