      Pros

      Good working environment to be in and the pay is pretty good. There's plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Location, food and people are all great

      Cons

      Recent leadership changes has left the business in bit of a morale decline with an increased number of staff turnover, particularly in upper management. There seems to be a disconnect between SLT and operational staff.

      Pros

      A big organisation with diverse opportunities. People are great to work with and the environment is multicultural and very open.

      Cons

      Constantly reorganising, this means no long-term job security. This is an old company with legacy processes, systems, thinking. It is really struggling to move into the 21st century.
