      - Good people and working culture - Excellent work / life balance

      Cons

      - Can be overly bureaucratic and process orientated - Lots of young, loyal employees being underpaid. You have to leave or threaten to to get paid your worth.

      Pros

      Zurich staff interact in a refined and respectful manner. Benefits and compensation are comparable to market or better. It's a giant company and there must be pockets of greatness.

      Cons

      Getting clear decisions was excruciating at Zurich. There was a lot of organizational experimentation and a lot more politics. As a result, many of the people I interacted with at Zurich seemed in it for the paycheck and not for the enterprise.

      Leading international insurer with a lot of opportunities for growth inside. Good management structure and practices. Very innovative and modern

      Cons

      Lack of transfer of international experience to emerging markets like Russia lead to some failures.
