      Strong ethic and initiatives to support local community. Also able to organize charity abroad

      Low salaries and high burocracy could stop your carrier. You'll need also political skills to become a senior manager

      Great opportunity to learn more than what you are expected to . Pleasant colleague and culture

      Cons

      Compensation & benefits below market average. Very slow and unresponsive HR practices. Bonuses are much lower than expected Overemphasis on sales at month end leading to top down pressure and long working hours
