      Micro-management from President trickles down to team leads. Overlooks unprofessional behavior as long as deadlines are met. Promotes based on seniority only. No prospects of promotions. Demands long list of objectives be met but does not support personal career goals. Tells employees what their role with the company is worth if they were to leave.
